Having headaches? Get one of these pretty, relaxing eye pillows! Each pack is filled with the natural beautiful fragrance of Jasmine rice. Add in some lavender essential oil for the perfect sleeping combination, or eucalyptus peppermint for the ultimate relaxation. Each one can be used for heat AND cold packs. The Spa/ relaxing eye pillows are approximately 4.5" x 9.5" in size, and are made of two parts:
1. Inner sack: made of white 100% cotton and filled with Jasmine rice.
2. Outer sack: the eye pillowcase (fabric of your choosing)
Scent options:

-lavender+ rosemary
-eucalyptus+ peppermint
-grapefruit infused

The inner sack is not machine washable- but the outer sack is- machine wash cold, low tumble dry safe.
Instructions:
- For heat: heat in microwave for 30 seconds, shake, continue heating for 15 second intervals until the desired temperature.
- For cold: keep in freezer, take out when needed. Place on achy muscles.
