Soothing spa lap pillow, rice-filled heat/cold pack, rosemary lavender, eucalyptus peppermint infused
Having body aches? Get one of these pretty, relaxing lap pillows! Each pack is filled with the natural beautiful fragrance of Jasmine rice. Add in some lavender or calming essential oil for the perfect relaxation combination. Each one can be used for heat AND cold packs. The Spa/ relaxing lap pillows are approximately 8" x 11" in size, and are made of two parts:
1. Inner sack: made of white 100% cotton and filled with Jasmine rice.
2. Outer sack: the lap pillowcase (fabric of your choosing)
Scent options:

-lavender+ rosemary

-grapefruit

The inner sack is not machine washable- but the outer sack is- machine wash cold, low tumble dry safe.
Instructions:
- For heat: heat in microwave for 1 minute, shake, continue heating for 30 second intervals until the desired temperature.
- For cold: keep in freezer, take out when needed. Place on achy muscles.
