Add in some lavender or calming essential oil for the perfect relaxation combination. Each one can be used for heat AND cold packs. The Spa/ relaxing neck pillows vary in size: the small neck pillows are approximately 5" x 20" in size, and the large is 5" x 24" in size.
They are made of two parts:
1. Inner sack: made of white 100% cotton fabric and filled with Jasmine rice.
2. Outer sack: the neck pillowcase (fabric of your choosing)
Scent options:

The inner sack is not machine washable- but the outer sack is- machine wash cold, low tumble dry safe.
Instructions:
- For heat: heat in microwave for 1 minute, shake, continue heating for 30 second intervals until the desired temperature.
- For cold: keep in freezer, take out when needed. Place on achy muscles.
